Terms of Service

1. Introduction This Agreement

(“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”) and Get It Done Virtual Solutions, ABN 61 233 429 899 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It sets out the terms under which you engage our Service. Our Service incorporates a customised software platform, provided in partnership with Go High Level (the “Service Provider”), along with ongoing support to help you automate and streamline your business processes, thereby saving you time.

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

2. Service Description

Get It Done Virtual Solutions, ABN 61 233 429 899 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a variety of virtual and digital solutions designed to help businesses operate more efficiently. Our services encompass, but are not limited to:

1. Business Process Automation

  • Implementing and managing software platforms (including those provided by our trusted partners) to automate day-to-day tasks and workflows.

  • Developing customised strategies to streamline internal processes.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Setup and Support

  • Configuring CRM systems to suit your specific needs.

  • Offering ongoing technical assistance and training.

3. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Advising on, creating, and managing online marketing campaigns.

  • Integrating marketing tools to improve lead generation and customer engagement.

4. Virtual Administrative and Operational Support

  • Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative duties.

  • Providing remote support to help your business handle operational tasks more effectively.

5. Consulting and Strategy

  • Reviewing existing business processes to identify potential improvements and efficiencies.

  • Offering customised strategies and recommendations aligned with your goals.

All services are delivered in compliance with relevant Australian laws and regulations. We strive to provide accurate and reliable support; however, we do not offer legal, financial, or accounting advice. Any recommendations or information we provide are intended to assist your operations and should be supplemented by appropriate professional guidance where necessary.

By using our services, you agree to our Terms of Service, which outline your responsibilities, our obligations, and the conditions that apply to all engagements. This Service Description forms part of that agreement and is governed by the laws of Australia. If you have any questions regarding our services, please contact us directly before proceeding with any engagements.

3. Fees & Payment 

We offer multiple tiers of setup packages to accommodate various business needs and budgets. The exact fees for your selected setup package, along with a detailed breakdown of included services, will be documented in the proposal. By signing the proposal, you acknowledge and agree to the outlined pricing and scope of work. Setup fees must be paid in full at the time of order placement and are non-refundable.

4. Ongoing Service Fees 

We offer multiple plan tiers for ongoing support and service. The exact fees for your chosen plan,whether monthly fees or annual fees,  along with any applicable minimum commitment periods, will be detailed in the proposal. By signing the proposal, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing and scope of the plan you select.


Each plan includes software access, automation maintenance, phone and email support, training resources, and integration assistance, with the specific level of service varying according to your selected tier.

1. Minimum Commitment

  • For monthly subscriptions, a minimum commitment of three (3) months applies to the Basic Plan. After this period, you may cancel upon 30 days’ written notice.

  • If you choose an annual payment option, you agree to the full 12-month term in advance.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Monthly Payments: Fees are payable in advance at the start of each monthly cycle.

  • Annual Payments: Fees are payable in a single lump sum prior to the commencement of the 12-month term.

3. Payment Method

  • All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.

  • No alternative payment methods are accepted.

  • Stripe automatically issues payment notifications, and tax invoices/receipts are available upon request.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

  • All charges are non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused days if you cancel mid-month or mid-term.

5. Annual Upfront Payments:

If you pay annually and cancel before the end of the 12-month period, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining term.

6. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Unless stated otherwise, the listed fees are exclusive of GST. If a supply under this Agreement is a taxable supply, we will include the applicable GST on the invoice, provided a valid Tax Invoice is issued.

7. Non-Payment and Service Interruption:

  • Suspension for Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 14 days following the due date, access to all services provided by Get It Done Virtual Solutions will be temporarily suspended. During this period, users will not be able to access any features of the software until the outstanding payment is settled.

  • Cancellation for Extended Non-Payment: If payment is still not received 30 days after the invoice due date, the client's account will be subject to cancellation. All access to Get It Done Virtual Solutions products and services will be terminated.

  • No Refunds: In the event of such cancellation, there will be no refunds for any payments already made. Clients are encouraged to ensure timely payment to avoid disruption of services.

8. Adjustments to Fees

  • We may revise our fees or the scope of our plans from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of any changes before they take effect.

  • If you do not agree to the revised fees, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure described in this Agreement.

9. Compliance with Australian Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any other applicable Australian legislation.


By continuing to use our services after the initial setup and onboarding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us before proceeding.

5. Setup & Onboarding

After you place your order, you’ll be invited to fill out our simple online onboarding form. This helps us gather all the details we need to tailor your setup and make your experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Once submitted, Your platform will be set up and delivered within ten (10) business days.


Once we’ve wrapped up your onboarding, you’ll have full access along with easy-to-follow guides for both the app and desktop versions of the software. Even better, we’ll handle all the automations behind the scenes, so you won’t need to lift a finger on the technical side. Our goal is to save you time and keep things simple, so you can focus on running your business.


Additionally, a 60-minute onboarding session will be scheduled to walk you through the system, address queries, and assist with any necessary customisations.

6. Upgrading Your Package/ purchase another product 

You may upgrade to a higher package, or purchase further at any time by providing seven (7) days' notice. The usual build times apply .Upgrades include enhanced automations, deal pipelines, and additional features. There will be a 30min Onboarding call to go through the new products.

  • There are NO additional setup fees for upgrading/purchasing further products

  • Once upgraded you will need to stay on the package, keep purchased products for three (3) months before cancelling.

7. Downgrading Your Package/ Remove a product  

You may downgrade to a lower package or remove Get it done products – including (Get it responded, Get it booked, Get it reviewed,) by providing seven (7) days' notice. Downgrades remove certain features, such as pipelines and automations, associated with the higher-tier service.

8. Additional Contacts 

Our pricing includes a set number of contact records (500) . If additional contacts are required, you will be charged accordingly based on GoHighLevel’s pricing model.

9. Service Limitations & Liability

We do not guarantee financial or business results from using this Service. While we strive to maintain uptime and reliability, we are not liable for any disruptions caused by GoHighLevel software failures.

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

  • While we strive to maintain reliable service, we are not liable for GoHighLevel software failures.

  • If service issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

10. Privacy & Data Security

We prioritise client data security and confidentiality. All information is protected and will not be shared without authorization. Upon termination, all client data is securely deleted.

11. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel with a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.

  • No refunds for unused service periods.

12. Ownership 

The GoHighLevel platform, automations, training documentation, Phone and related materials remain the property of Get It Done Virtual Solutions and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.

13. Notices

 All notices under this Agreement must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail. Notices are considered delivered upon receipt.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any ambiguities in the Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

15. Changes to Terms of Service 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
